DynFlow – Agent Scripting

DynFlow Agent Scripting is fast, flexible and powerful contact centre agent scripting software that can handle simple or sophisticated scripts. The solution consists of DynFlow Agent; a browser based application which incorporates a CTI plug-in for Avaya Communication Manager (CM) and Avaya Proactive Contact (APC) enabling the script to perform the call control, and Dynflow Designer; an easy-to-use, visual application that allows contact centre managers to quickly create and deploy sophisticated scripts with no previous programming knowledge or experience. DynFlow Agent Scripting is integrated with Microsoft SQL database and can also be used for data capture, data presentation and to determine the call flow based on the information retrieved as well as reporting.
