Ideal Candidate:
- Adaptable and good team player
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passionate about technology, even if you don’t have previous experience in IT
- Customer focused attitude; always ready to help
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Degree/Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent
Key responsibilities:
- First point of contact for Customers for raising IT service incidents or requests via email, phone or any other agreed channel
- Monitor Customer infrastructure
- Administer incidents in Geomant Ticketing Systems
- Log in Customer systems (maintain login Database)
- Perform System Health checks
- Download system Log files
- Use and regularly update Knowledge Base
- Escalate incidents or requests to appropriate support teams in case resolution is not possible at Tier1 level
- Receive and Share knowledge
- Reviewing tickets, Reporting and Documenting.
